Job summary

PFC Technologies Indonesia is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, and tax compliance across Indonesian entities and overseas subsidiaries. You will collaborate with the HQ in South Korea and local teams to ensure accurate consolidation and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes IFRS knowledge, cross-border financial operations, and strong communication with regulators and auditors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statements, month-end closing, and cash flow management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with HQ and overseas teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings and reporting to HQ.
• Support financial consolidation and overseas subsidiary reporting.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
