Responsibilities

• Support financial consolidation and overseas subsidiary reporting.

PFC Technologies Indonesia | Finance & Accounting Manager

PFC Technologies (PFCT) is a Korea-based fintech company reshaping the Asian financial landscape through AI-driven credit assessment solutions.

As our business continues to expand across Southeast Asia, we are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to support the financial operations of our Indonesian entities and other overseas subsidiaries.

This role will focus on accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and financial operations across multiple entities, working closely with our South Korea Headquarters (HQ) and local teams.

Reporting Line: Directly reports to and works closely with the South Korea Headquarters (HQ).

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and ERP data management.

Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow Statement, and Trial Balance.

Manage monthly and year-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting to HQ.

Support financial consolidation and reporting for overseas subsidiaries.

Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.

2. Finance & Cash Flow Management

Monitor and manage cash flow, bank balances, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial performance reports.

Manage payment processing, bank transactions, and fund transfers.

Handle customer invoicing, payment collections, and expense management.

Support financial planning, cost control, and budget monitoring.

3. Taxation & Compliance

Coordinate tax filings and compliance matters, including VAT, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.

Support statutory audits and preparation of audit-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.

Communicate with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities as needed.

4. Overseas Subsidiary Finance Support

Support accounting, financial reporting, and finance operations for PFCT's overseas subsidiaries, including entities in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

Coordinate with local accounting and tax service providers in countries such as Vietnam and Malaysia.

Assist HQ in monitoring subsidiary financial performance, budgets, and cash flow.

Support the implementation and standardization of financial processes and internal controls across overseas entities.

5. General Administrative Support

Assist with finance-related administrative and legal documentation.

Support other back-office operations and HQ requests as needed.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance.

Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, financial statements, month-end closing, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with HQ and overseas teams.

Language: Proficiency in at least ONE of the following languages is mandatory:

Vietnamese

Korean

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in accounting or financial operations in Vietnam or Malaysia is a plus

Experience managing financial operations for multiple entities or overseas subsidiaries.

Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.

Knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.

Experience in taxation, statutory audits, or financial consolidation.

Previous experience in the financial services, fintech, or multinational corporate environment.
