Job summary

Indogal Agro Trading in Jakarta seeks a proactive Procurement Commercial Staff to support procurement and commercial operations. The role involves sourcing and evaluating suppliers, managing end-to-end procurement processes, and ensuring timely, cost-effective purchases while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

You will negotiate with local and international suppliers, manage purchase orders and documentation, monitor delivery schedules and product quality, and drive cost optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, purchase order management, procurement documentation, and supplier coordination.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial value.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders and procurement documentation, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor order status, delivery schedules, and product quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and product data, as well as prepare procurement reports and analysis.
