Job summary

JAC Recruitment Indonesia is seeking a diligent Purchasing Staff to support procurement operations, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, delivery coordination, and stock monitoring. You will collaborate with overseas suppliers and customers to fulfill orders efficiently.

Responsibilities include sourcing products per customer orders, negotiating prices and terms, coordinating delivery, and monitoring inventory levels to trigger replenishment when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year purchasing experience, preferably with overseas suppliers.
• Experience communicating, coordinating, and negotiating with overseas partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase products according to customer orders and specifications.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend stock replenishment when required.
