Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Jakarta seeks a Customs Clearance Specialist to support end-to-end import/export clearance and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with customers and authorities to ensure timely and accurate declarations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, at least two years in international freight forwarding or customs clearance, fluent English, and strong attention to detail; CW system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree from any relevant studies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding or Customs Clearances.
• Experience with CW system is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) and able to collaborate in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes with compliance.
• Prepare, review, and submit customs declarations and documentation through customs and EDI systems.
• Determine tariff classifications and procedures for accurate duties and taxes.
• Coordinate with customers, customs authorities and internal stakeholders to facilitate clearance.
• Provide guidance on customs compliance, tariff classification, and FTAs.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity for customs transactions and support audits.
• Manage billing activities related to customs clearance services.
