• 8–10+ years of experience in creative, design, or art direction.
• Hands-on leadership of a multidisciplinary team of 5+ people across static, motion, multimedia, and digital design.
• Strong ability to translate business priorities into creative strategy, briefs, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Set and own Osome’s creative vision across the full customer journey, ensuring global coherence with local relevance.
• Translate priorities into clear creative strategies, briefs, concepts, and systems.
• Lead and develop the creative team, elevating craft, thinking, collaboration, and execution.
• Integrate brand and performance creative to be distinctive and commercially effective.
• Define AI integration into the creative function, including workflows and training.
• Oversee graphic design, motion, campaigns, social content, and website design.
