Job summary

TechMaju is seeking a Creative Lead to own and grow our visual presence across social media, our website, and marketing materials. You will lead art direction, graphic design, and video storytelling, using AI-assisted workflows to accelerate production and ensure consistent brand execution.

You will collaborate with executives, product and sales teams to translate complex ideas into clear visuals, templates, and reusable systems that scale across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, art direction, brand, marketing, or multidisciplinary creative work.
• Strong fundamentals in typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, imagery, and layout.
• Experience creating digital marketing, social media, presentation, and information-design content.
• Video editing and basic motion design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or comparable professional creative tools.
• Practical experience using generative AI for image, video, or other creative production.
• Ability to identify and correct AI-generation artifacts and turn generated assets into production-ready work.
• Comfortable rapidly learning and applying new creative tools and workflows.
• Specific AI tools will change over time. We value the ability to rapidly learn and apply new tools more than expertise with any one platform.

Responsibilities

• Own creative execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar and create graphics, carousels, video, product visuals, and other content.
• Work with executives and subject-matter experts to turn company insights and ideas into compelling content.
• Use AI to accelerate ideation, drafting, variations, and repurposing across social, blog, video, and other formats.
• Experiment with formats and creative approaches to improve content quality and engagement.
• Translate technical and business concepts into clear visual communication.
• Work with sales and leadership to turn rough ideas into polished customer-facing materials.
