MGMI Career Portal is seeking a hybrid creative powerhouse to bridge traditional design with AI generative tools. You will transform briefs into compelling visuals and maintain strong art direction and storytelling across campaigns.

Responsibilities include creating visuals for digital and print, leveraging AI workflows, and producing motion assets. You will ensure brand consistency and deliver print-ready files within strict specs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency with AI generative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL‑E).
• Experience converting static visuals into cinematic motion using AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Luma, Sora).
• Strong storytelling mindset and visual sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into engaging concepts and visuals, developing key visuals for campaigns and branding.
• Design assets for digital and print, including social media, ads, packaging, posters, and brochures.
• Create AI-generated visuals with controlled prompts and maintain brand consistency across assets.
• Convert static images into dynamic video and motion assets using AI video tools and cinematic prompts.
• Prepare print-ready and digital files with exact technical specs and maintain organized asset libraries.
