Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content such as blog articles, newsletters, social posts, and press releases.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and live events.
• Support demand generation through lead acquisition, emails, and outreach.
• Schedule and monitor content on social platforms, ensuring brand alignment.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to create brochures, flyers, infographics and assets.
• Utilize CRM for material creation and marketing email campaigns.
• Repurpose long-form content into shorter assets and talking points.
• Uphold company values and Code of Ethics; report quality issues when needed.
• Duties may be modified to meet business needs.
