Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Advanced proficiency with AI generative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL‑E).
• Experience converting static visuals into cinematic motion using AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Luma, Sora).

We are looking for a hybrid creative powerhouse who seamlessly bridges traditional design expertise with cutting-edge AI generative tools. You will transform simple briefs into compelling, consistent visual campaigns with strong art direction and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate project briefs into engaging concepts and visuals. Develop key visuals for campaigns, promotions, branding, and social media. Create mood boards, visual references, and art direction while ensuring visual consistency and brand identity adherence.
• Design assets across digital and print mediums, including social media, digital ads (static & motion), marketplace graphics, promotional banners, posters, brochures/flyers, packaging, and event materials. Execute layout, typography, color grading, compositing, and photo manipulation.
• Create high-quality visual concepts using AI generative tools. Formulate and refine complex prompts to produce realistic product photography, lifestyle imagery, characters, environments, and campaign visuals. Perform image-to-image workflows, inpainting, outpainting, compositing, and AI retouching while maintaining consistency in character features, lighting, and brand style.
• Convert static images into dynamic video and motion assets using AI video tools. Direct camera movements, transitions, and cinematic visual effects via prompts.
• Prepare finalized print-ready and digital files according to exact technical specifications (resolution, color profiles, formats). Maintain structured source files and organized asset libraries for efficient reusability.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Strong mastery of layout, typography, composition, visual hierarchy, and color theory. Proven track record of creating clean, modern, and high-end visuals.
• Advanced proficiency with AI generative workflows (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL‑E). Demonstrated ability to engineer precise prompts and generate production-ready imagery. Skilled at maintaining character, product, and style consistency across generated assets.
• Experience converting static visuals into cinematic motion using AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Luma, Sora). Solid understanding of framing, camera movement, and visual composition.
• Strong visual taste and storytelling mindset—beyond technical software execution. Ability to navigate creative constraints, stay ahead of AI creative tech trends, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
