Risun Group seeks a Supply Operations/Staff member in Jakarta with Mandarin and English proficiency to coordinate coal supplies according to the monthly plan, ensure timely raw coal delivery for production, and maintain supplier records. The role involves market analysis, contract signing under company rules, and ongoing client communication.

The candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English, proficient with computers, capable of building relationships, and willing to travel to Morowali

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency preferred with active English proficiency.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient in computer operations.
• Strong understanding, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule coal supplies based on monthly plan and ensure raw coal for production.
• Gather market information and monitor market changes to support decision-making.
• Sign coal supply contracts in line with company rules to mitigate risk.
• Manage suppliers: maintain supplier records, perform evaluations and compile qualified supplier lists.
• Communicate with customers about quality, environmental management and other requirements.
• Develop the coal supply market, optimize coal quality and supply structure, control costs.
• Provide cost-effective coal sources based on blending ratios and market changes to reduce costs.
• Travel to Morowali site for business trips as required and be available for long-term trips.
