Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor degree with GPA 3.00 or higher.
• Strong networking and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written).
• Passion for bicycles; driving license (SIM A) an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-driven, project-based bicycle export projects from initiation to completion.
• Identify, analyze, and understand customers' product requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate with R&D to ensure feasible product designs aligned with expectations.
• Serve as primary liaison between R&D, Purchasing, PPIC, Production and others.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
• Monitor production progress and shipment status to meet milestones.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end export process including documentation and shipment readiness.
