PT TERANG DUNIA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking an experienced export project manager to lead bicycle export initiatives from initiation to shipment. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of export or supply chain experience, a Bachelor’s degree with GPA ≥3.0, strong networking and negotiation skills, and excellent English. Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, with on-site work.

Formación

• At least 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Networking and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently & effectively to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
• Passion for bicycles.
• Driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer-driven, project-based bicycle export projects from initiation to completion.
• Identify, analyze, and understand customers' product requirements and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with customer expectations.
• Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional departments until shipment.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international customers.
• Monitor production progress and shipment status to meet milestones and timelines.
• Ensure smooth end-to-end export processes, including documentation and internal coordination.
