Job summary

Bitget, a world-leading digital assets platform, seeks a BD professional to identify API-focused opportunities and build long-term partnerships with market makers and brokers. You will lead negotiations, analyze market dynamics, and support customers using APIs to drive growth.

Required are 3+ years in BD/sales in finance or blockchain, with strong English and leadership skills. Indonesian market experience is a plus; global partners encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in finance, computer, information technology, marketing or related majors preferred.
• At least 3 years of BD/sales experience in financial institutions, internet companies or blockchain industries; API customers experience is a plus.
• Familiar with cryptocurrency market; understands API trading systems, high-frequency trading, quantitative trading concepts.
• Excellent business negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to understand and meet customer needs.
• Market awareness and ability to adapt strategies quickly; strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify target market and contact potential market makers, brokers and other API users.
• Lead business negotiations to secure fair terms and sign cooperation agreements.
• Monitor API trading market dynamics and propose data-driven product/market strategies.
• Provide API technical support and business consultation to customers during API usage.
• Set and achieve personal and team business development goals.
