Job summary

InsideOut is seeking an AI & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution, build AI automations, and coordinate cross-border projects with minimal supervision. You will implement scalable processes, improve data workflows, and support senior leadership across AU/US/APAC time zones.

Qualifications

• Advanced AI & data capabilities using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for complex data extraction, prompt engineering, cleaning and parsing.

Responsibilities

• Turn founder ideas into structured, finished outcomes and drive momentum independently.
• Identify bottlenecks, build reusable prompt systems, automate data extraction/cleaning, streamline batch file processing.
• Serve as the first line of operational support for internal teams and clear roadblocks.
• Turn messy admin tasks into clean, repeatable SOPs across systems.
• Draft, manage, and respond to high-priority correspondence on the founder's behalf.
• Oversee LinkedIn content by transforming insights and transcripts into polished posts with visuals.
