Job summary

Bali Estate Group is seeking a hands-on AI / IT Automation Engineer to turn operational challenges into practical systems. You will build AI-powered automations, integrations across tools (OpenAI, Claude, GPTs, Make.com, Zapier, and n8n), and dashboards to reduce manual work and boost efficiency.

You will connect internal systems like GoHighLevel and Monday.com, structure workflows, and help turn meetings into actionable tasks with transcripts. Remote-friendly; Bali-based is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with automation tools.
• Experience with APIs and integrations.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fast execution and a hands-on mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting systems.
• Experience building Slack bots or internal tools.
• WhatsApp/API integration experience.
• Experience in real estate, investment, or sales organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered automations and workflows across the company.
• Integrate different systems via APIs to connect tools.
• Develop dashboards and reporting systems for visibility.
• Structure Monday.com usage across departments.
• Create automated reminders, tasks, and escalations.
• Turn meetings into structured tasks with transcripts.
• Improve internal communication and data flows.
