Job summary

Scanjet Group in Batam is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to manage aftermarket sales activities, grow revenue, and build strong customer relationships. You will prepare quotations, support orders, and coordinate with global teams to ensure excellent service and target achievement.

The role requires Indonesian base in Batam, fluent English, and prior sales or customer-support experience. Diploma holder in Marketing/Business is preferred; CRM/ERP systems familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Previous sales, after-sales, customer service or support experience.
• Diploma III or higher in marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities across assigned aftermarket product categories.
• Grow revenue through proactive sales efforts and customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and proposals; help improve sales processes.
• Support achievement of sales budgets and financial targets.
• Handle orders, deviations, warranty claims, and customer service in systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure timely order management.
