Klara Cosmetics is seeking a hands-on GoHighLevel CRM Automation Specialist to own and optimize our CRM infrastructure. You will design and manage workflows, lead routing, and automated sequences, integrating GoHighLevel with external platforms using APIs and webhooks.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, data hygiene, and scalable automation across marketing channels. You will implement and manage an AI voice bot for lead follow-up, monitor performance, and continuously optimize the system for

Qualificações

• 2–4+ years in CRM, marketing automation, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience with workflows, funnels, and automation sequences.
• Strong understanding of CRM automation, lead management, and data accuracy.
• Experience with API integrations and webhooks; familiarity with Zapier/Make/n8n.
• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or AI voice bots is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize GoHighLevel CRM infrastructure and lead management.
• Build pipelines, funnels, forms, workflows, and automation sequences.
• Configure lead routing, tagging, segmentation, and pipeline stages.
• Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Monitor automations, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity.
• Implement AI voice bot for automated lead follow-up and qualification.
• Create reports and provide optimization recommendations.
