Job summary

PT. Era Blu Elektronik is seeking a seasoned General Services leader to oversee utilities, facilities, asset management, and office operations across multiple sites in Indonesia.

You will drive readiness, reliability, and cost-effective service delivery for offices, stores, and warehouses. Responsibilities include leading the GS team, managing vendor contracts and budgets, implementing asset controls, and continuously improving processes to minimize risks and optimize service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in General Services/Facility Management.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, utilities, asset and office management.
• Experience in multi-site operations in retail or warehouse environments.
• Excellent planning, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end General Services operations across utilities, facilities, asset management, and office operations.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of facility operations, utilities, asset management, office management, vendor management, and budget control.
• Strong capabilities in operational planning, cost optimization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multi-site operations, preferably in retail, store networks, or warehouse environments.
