Job summary

PT EGI RESOURCES in Jakarta Selatan seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations across all departments and to deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires budget and cost awareness, leadership of department managers, and the development of business strategies to increase occupancy and revenue while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with SOPs and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality / General Manager hotel.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Professional attitude with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
