Job summary

EGI RESOURCES seeks a General Manager for hotel operations in Jakarta. The role oversees daily activities across all departments, driving guest satisfaction, revenue, occupancy, and profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

You will lead and coach department managers, monitor budgets, and build strong relationships with guests and partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality industry / General Manager hotel.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiar with hotel systems is an advantage.
