Job summary

Tulip Consulting Services is seeking a seasoned Head of Engineering to lead Engineering, Utilities, Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical & Automation functions in a 24x7 manufacturing environment.

You will manage a large engineering team, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and work to minimize breakdowns and downtime while ensuring safe and efficient operations across all plant systems.

Qualifications

• Currently working as Head of Engineering / Engineering & Utilities
• 15 years of experience in Thermic Fluid Heater operation & maintenance
• Experience managing large engineering teams in 24x7 operations
