Job summary

Daikin Industries Indonesia is seeking a Facilities and Energy Management professional to oversee site operations in West Java, focusing on utilities and environmental engineering. The role requires 2–5 years in related fields within manufacturing, fluency in English and Indonesian, and strong problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement.

The candidate will supervise energy/utility systems, investigate root causes of issues, and implement countermeasures.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Facilities, Utilities, Energy Management, Maintenance, or Environmental Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Good understanding of factory facility and utility systems, including electricity, CNG/gas, HVAC/refrigerants, compressed air, industrial gases (O₂, N₂, helium), water, and related equipment.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement for facility and utility-related issues.
• Knowledge or experience in energy saving, carbon emission reduction, carbon neutrality, or environmental improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Relevant technical training or certifications, such as K3, Energy Management, ISO 50001/14001, Energy Auditor/Manager, GHG/Carbon Footprint, or RCA/Problem Solving, would be an advantage.

• Direct and monitor the operation of energy and utility supply systems, including electricity, gas/CNG, refrigerants, compressed air, O₂, N₂, helium, water, and related equipment, to ensure safe and stable operations.
• Investigate the root causes of facility and utility-related problems, implement appropriate countermeasures, and carry out continuous improvement activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve carbon neutrality initiatives and measures.
