Job summary

PT. Combine Will Industrial Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Utility Manager to lead the planning, operation, and optimization of our utility systems that support manufacturing.

You will oversee electrical power, water systems, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, and related infrastructure while guiding a technical team to achieve safety, reliability, and cost targets.

The role requires strong HSE knowledge, budgeting, RCA, KPI tracking, and fluent English for daily use.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams in utilities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and data analysis.
• Familiarity with PTW and LOTO procedures.
• Fluent in English for professional use.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize utility operations.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of all Utility systems.
• Maintain zero Lost Time Injury (LTI) within Utility operations.
• Ensure 99.5%+ utility availability and reliability.
• Oversee electrical power, water, HVAC, boilers, and other systems.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for failures.
• Prepare and control the annual Utility operating budget.
• Develop short- and long-term Utility plans aligned with production.
