Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain office buildings and equipment.
• Arrange employee business travel and accommodation.
• Maintain records and coordinate procurement of company assets.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to process service requests.
• Prepare General Affairs reports and manage office supplies.
• Coordinate security services and ensure compliance.
• Monitor operational expenses and assist in budget preparation.
