Job summary

JAPFA is an agribusiness company with operations across Indonesia and Asia, seeking a General Affairs leader to oversee multi-site activities in Medan. The role involves supervising end-to-end GA operations, monitoring KPIs, costs, and vendor compliance, and supporting governance, audits, and risk management.

The candidate should have 5+ years in GA, Facility Management, or corporate support, strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or corporate support operations.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, cost control, service KPIs, and facility administration.
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Medan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end general affairs operations across sites or units.
• Monitor service KPIs, costs, and vendor compliance.
• Support governance, audits, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with HR, SHE, IT, and Operations.
• Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
