Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a General Affairs professional in Medan to oversee end-to-end GA operations across sites, monitor service KPIs, costs, and vendor compliance, and support governance and risk management.

You will coordinate with HR, SHE, IT, and Operations, lead issue resolution and continuous improvement, and bring 5+ years in GA or related fields with a strong vendor and cost-control background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HRM, or related field; 5+ years in General Affairs or corporate support.

• Mengawasi operasional General Affairs secara menyeluruh dari awal hingga akhir di seluruh lokasi atau unit kerja.
• Memantau KPI layanan, biaya operasional, serta kepatuhan vendor terhadap standar dan perjanjian yang berlaku.
• Mendukung kegiatan tata kelola perusahaan, audit, dan manajemen risiko.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim HR, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), IT, dan Operasional.
• Memimpin penyelesaian masalah serta inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or corporate support operations. Kualifikasi: Minimal S1 Psikologi, Ilmu Hukum, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang General Affairs, Facility Management, atau operasional pendukung perusahaan. Memahami pengelolaan vendor, kontrol biaya, KPI layanan, serta administrasi dan fasilitas perusahaan. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi yang baik. Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan analisis yang kuat.
