Job summary

1. Mengawasi operasional General Affairs secara menyeluruh dari awal hingga akhir di seluruh lokasi atau unit kerja.

2. Memantau KPI layanan, biaya operasional, serta kepatuhan vendor terhadap standar dan perjanjian yang berlaku.

3. Mendukung kegiatan tata kelola perusahaan, audit, dan manajemen risiko.

4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim HR, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), IT, dan Operasional.

5. Memimpin penyelesaian masalah serta inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Kualifikasi:

• Minimal S1 Psikologi, Ilmu Hukum, Manajemen SDM, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang General Affairs, Facility Management, atau operasional pendukung perusahaan.
• Memahami pengelolaan vendor, kontrol biaya, KPI layanan, serta administrasi dan fasilitas perusahaan.
• Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi yang baik.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan analisis yang kuat.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Medan.
