Pengiklan Anonim mencari kandidat yang berperan dalam mengelola tiket perjalanan domestik karyawan secara end-to-end, serta melakukan pencatatan inventaris fisik seperti furnitur, elektronik, kendaraan, dan aset lainnya. Peran ini mencakup pelabelan aset dengan barcode atau nomor inventaris pada setiap aset baru.

This role involves managing employee domestic travel tickets end-to-end, recording physical inventory including furniture, electronics, vehicles and other assets, and overseeing the complete asset lifecycle from labelling through maintenance to disposal.

Key responsibilities

Handle domestic travel tickets for employees end-to-end

Record all physical inventory such as furniture, electronics, vehicles and other assets

Apply labelling by installing barcodes or inventory numbers on each new asset

Schedule regular maintenance and servicing for assets such as air conditioning units and operational vehicles

Manage the process of releasing or disposing of assets that are heavily damaged or no longer fit for use

Prioritise problem handling based on the level of urgency of damage
