The ideal candidate has 7+ years in a GA/General Affairs role with strong data analysis and vendor management skills, plus proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Law or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar General Affairs/GA Manager role.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general affairs and facilities management for the port site.
• Manage vendors and partners to achieve operating goals.
• Organize and maintain company inventory and assets.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure infrastructure functions and uptime.
• Build relationships with local authorities and community organizations.
• Prepare monthly progress and performance reports for leadership.
• Develop infrastructure improvements not yet available on-site.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture, Law, or other relevant disciplines.
• At least 7 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and expertise in AutoCAD is a plus.
• Capable of analyzing, filtering, summarizing, and presenting data clearly.
• Able to manage vendors and partners to achieve goals.
• Organize and oversee the use of company inventory.
• Coordinate with the field team to provide solutions, control tasks, and ensure infrastructure functions properly.
• Build relationships with local community organizations and relevant authorities.
• Prepare monthly reports on team progress.
• Develop infrastructure that is not yet available on-site.
