Speequal Games in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee game localization from scope to final polish. This in-house role focuses on coordinating multilingual workflows, timelines, and documentation to maintain our high standard across regions.

You will work closely with linguists, QA testers, and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, accurate terminology, and polished assets.

Qualifications

Native-level Indonesian fluency with advanced English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Language or related field.
Ability to multitask and manage complex workflows.
Leadership potential and collaborative mindset.
Experience with localization lifecycles and CAT tools is advantageous.
Background in translation, LQA, or game testing is a plus.
On-site placement available at the Yogyakarta branch.

Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in end-to-end execution of game localization cycles.
Coordinate with linguists and QA testers across time zones.
Rigorously track project timelines and milestones.
Prepare and curate project documentation, terminology databases, and style guides.
Act as a central bridge between internal departments and external partners.
Audit localized assets for linguistic quality.
Streamline administrative processes including file organization, status reporting, and invoicing support.
Identify and communicate potential project risks or delays.
