PT STAR Indonesia is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end game localization projects and ensure timely, quality delivery. You will work with linguists, QA testers, and vendors across multiple languages to maintain glossaries, style guides, and project docs.

Qualifications

• Native Indonesian speaker with strong proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Linguistics, Translation, Language, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and teamwork.
• Keen eye for detail, self-motivated, and out of the box.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with localization workflows and CAT tools is a plus.
• Experience in the translation field and LQA Specialist or Game Tester is a plus.
• Big passion for games and understanding of gaming culture.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in managing end-to-end game localization projects, from kickoff to delivery.
• Coordinate with linguists and QA testers across multiple languages and countries.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, glossaries, and style guides.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Monitor quality and consistency of localized content.
• Handle administrative tasks such as file management, reporting, and invoicing support.
• Identify risks or delays and elevate issues when needed
