Job summary

PT. Star Wagen Indonesia is seeking a GA Section Head to join our Jakarta team. The role focuses on managing facilities, assets, building projects, and maintenance services to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will coordinate planning, budgeting, vendor management, and project execution while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and policies. Strong organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Building Management, or related field.
• Experience in General Affair, Facility/Building Management, Project/ Maintenance Management.
• Strong understanding of building construction, renovation and asset readiness.
• Familiarity with preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for building facilities.
• Knowledge of asset registration, BAST, work orders, and building permits.
• Excellent vendor coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan GA policies, procedures, and budget proposals to support effective facility and general service management.
• Identify facility, asset, and general service requirements from relevant business units and coordinate the necessary follow-up.
• Coordinate project planning, budget submission, and execution of building construction, renovation, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor project implementation, including building and equipment readiness and commissioning, to ensure activities are completed according to plan.
• Manage project closure activities, including BASt and asset registration.
• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, and other building facilities, including vendor selection and work order issuance.
• Coordinate General Affair staff in carrying out daily operational activities in accordance with company SOPs and policies, including the fulfillment of applicable building permits.
• Prepare periodic reports on General Affair activities and performance for the General Affair & IT Department Head.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding facility, asset, and general service requirements to support smooth business operations.
