Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer, seeks a General Services leader to drive operational excellence in Jakarta. You will develop strategies, oversee facilities and office administration, manage maintenance, assets and outsourced services, and lead a team to optimize costs and compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in General Services or Facilities Management, strong vendor negotiation, budgeting and SOP governance, with fluent English. Based in District 8 - SCBD, Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Services, Facilities Management, or Administration.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management, office administration and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement general services strategies to support business operations.
• Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations.
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, utilities, and workplace improvements.
• Manage company assets, office equipment, and inventory to ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
• Supervise security, housekeeping, and other outsourced service providers.
• Negotiate, evaluate, and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company regulations.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for general service functions.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and employee workplace experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the General Services team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Prepare operational reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide effective administrative and operational support.
