Job summary

PT. Star Wagen Indonesia is seeking an IT Section Head to lead the Jakarta IT team on a full-time basis. You will oversee IT service requests, coordinate the IT team, and ensure IT operations and projects meet SLA priorities and timelines.

This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience in IT service management, SOP development, and documentation. You will collaborate with management and other departments to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, IT service management, or IT project coordination.
• Good understanding of IT service request management and SLA monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and coordinate IT team activities.

Responsibilities

• Screen and manage incoming IT service requests before assignment to Helpdesk.
• Monitor team response and report completion timelines to ensure SLA compliance.
• Track progress against timeframes and follow up with team members.
• Set priorities across operational activities and project/module implementations.
• Delegate tasks based on priorities and workload requirements.
• Communicate management policies to the IT team and coordinate changes to SOPs.
• Gather IT service needs and feedback from other departments to improve services.
• Prepare work agendas, project timelines, and Minutes of Meeting for IT projects.
• Maintain organized IT team documentation and SOPs.
