Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineering qualification or registration (PE/PEng) highly desirable.
• 2-3 years of professional civil engineering design, construction management, or site supervision.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Solid understanding of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations and environmental standards.

Job description

Design and develop civil engineering solutions for infrastructure projects, including site planning, structural analysis, and technical specifications

Conduct site surveys, geological assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and decision-making

Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and documentation using industry-standard software and CAD tools

Monitor project construction and implementation to ensure compliance with design specifications, timelines, and budget requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and project managers to coordinate project delivery

Conduct quality inspections and testing of materials and structures to verify adherence to engineering standards and safety regulations

Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineering staff and construction teams on site

Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues that arise during project execution

Maintain accurate project documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
• Professional Engineering qualification or registration (PE/PEng) is highly desirable
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in civil engineering design, construction management, or site supervision
• Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar applications
