PT. Physiogym Bemore Indonesia is seeking a dynamic GA, Finance & Accounting leader to oversee all GA, finance and accounting activities in Jakarta. You will manage cash flow, budgeting, financial planning, and monthly reporting while ensuring internal controls and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include daily accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, cost monitoring, auditing coordination, and supervising the finance team. Strong data analysis and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years in leadership, supervisory, or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, asset & inventory management.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and cash flow monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, Word.

PT. Physiogym Bemore Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and ambitious GA, Finance & Accounting to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing all GA, Finance & Accounting activities of the company, including cash flow management, budget monitoring, financial planning, and preparation of financial reports. The position requires leadership of the Finance & Accounting team and ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and finance transactions
• Handle AP, AR, cash flow, and bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Monitor payments, expenses, and company cash flow
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure accounting documents are complete and accurate

About you

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Administration, or other relevant fields
• 1-3 years of experience as Leader, Supervisor or Management
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, facility & building management, asset & inventory management, vendor management, and general support services
• Good understanding of budget monitoring and operational cost control
• Familiar with permit, license, and company document administration
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and spreadsheets
