Job summary

PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras is seeking an Executive Chef specialising in Fusion Food to lead our culinary operations in South Jakarta. This contract role demands a strategic leader who develops innovative fusion menus and maintains top-tier quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of culinary experience, including at least 2 years as a head chef, with strong leadership and HACCP certifications. Prior fine dining exposure and inventory control skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional culinary experience, with at least 2 years in an executive or head chef role.
• Proven expertise in fusion cuisine and ability to create innovative, balanced dishes.
• Advanced food safety and hygiene certifications (HACCP or equivalent).
• Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative fusion menus that blend traditions while maintaining quality.
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking techniques, plating and presentation.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff, including recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and local regulations.
