Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily kitchen operations including food prep, cooking, and plating.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus, events, and catering for various dining outlets.
• Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff; control food costs and labor while maintaining standards.
