An Indonesian furniture manufacturer seeks an Operations Director to lead and integrate sales, marketing, manufacturing and operations. You will develop and execute commercial and operational strategies aligning market demand with capacity, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Working with cross-functional teams and partners, you will provide strategic leadership across commercial and factory operations, leveraging data-driven decisions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural, civil, interior design or related field.
• 10+ years in operations, sales and marketing within furniture manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production management systems and data analytics.
• Ability to meet targets and perform under pressure.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Professional and energetic with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with production capacity.
• Supervise daily sales team activities and pursue partners.
• Ensure smooth operations, manage budgets, implement quality control, improve efficiency.
• Monitor sales and marketing performance toward company goals.
• Apply MRP and SPC to support decisions.
• Balance demand and supply between sales and factory.
• Ensure projects fit production targets and delivery timelines.
