• Willing to work onsite in Semarang.

• Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues and keep orders on schedule.
• Use ERP/MERP systems to monitor production data, inventory, and operational performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maintain a safe, disciplined, and productive work environment.
