Job summary

Qode in Jakarta is seeking a mid-level Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to work directly with clients, understand their business needs, and translate them into functional solutions during implementation.

You will lead requirement gatherings, workshops, and documentation, collaborate with the technical team to ensure configurations meet client expectations, and provide ongoing support through go-live and post‑go‑live phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; GPA > 3.0 preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role.
• Experience in IT consulting, software or system implementation projects.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end implementation projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand business processes and requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops with clients.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solution alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (GPA > 3.0 preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experienceas a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience inIT Consulting, software implementation, or system implementation projects
• Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects, from requirement gathering and functional design through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Experience working directly withclients and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering and client workshops
• Experience in preparing functional specifications and project documentation
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
