Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand business requirements, operational challenges, and system-related issues.
• Investigate ERP issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions to support business operations.
• Gather and analyse requirements for ERP enhancements, configurations, and change requests.
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.
• Support ERP implementation, optimisation, module rollout, and business process improvement projects.
• Participate in key project activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and go-live support.
• Review existing business processes and identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, and greater operational efficiency.
• Support clients across business functions such as finance, supply chain, CRM, reporting, and other core operations.
• Work closely with users, managers, decision-makers, consultants, and technical teams to align project priorities and expected outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on system utilisation, reporting requirements, process improvements, and ERP adoption.
• Identify additional client requirements and potential opportunities for system enhancements or further consulting engagements.
• Support solution discussions, proposals, and other activities related to the development of existing client accounts.
• Explore opportunities to utilise AI, workflow automation, and emerging technologies within ERP and business processes.

As part of their continued expansion in Indonesia, our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Jakarta. This position offers broad exposure across ERP consulting, project delivery, client management, solution optimisation, and business growth. Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS, ERP, finance systems, technology consulting, system implementation, client success, or a related field.
• Experience with SaaS, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/business systems would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of business processes, particularly within finance, operations, supply chain, CRM, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with confidence working directly with clients.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to develop both functional and technical ERP knowledge.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies within ERP and consulting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
