Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi/Keuangan/Sistem Informasi/Ilmu Komputer atau terkait.
• 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Functional Consultant/ERP/Business Analyst.
• Pemahaman dasar proses keuangan (GL, AP, AR, Cash, Fixed Assets).

Responsibilities

• Dukung implementasi dan pemeliharaan modul ERP Keuangan berdasarkan kebutuhan bisnis.
• Kumpulkan dan analisis kebutuhan bisnis dari pengguna.
• Ubah kebutuhan menjadi spesifikasi fungsional untuk konfigurasi sistem.
• Konfigurasi modul ERP Keuangan sesuai proses bisnis.
• Bekerja sama dengan pengguna, konsultan, pengembang untuk memastikan kebutuhan terpenuhi.
• Buat dokumentasi fungsional dan panduan penggunaan.
• Dukung pengujian sistem, UAT, dan pelacakan isu.
• Analisa masalah fungsional dan koordinasikan dengan tim teknis.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP Financial modules based on business requirements.

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements from users.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system configuration and development.

• Assist in the configuration and setup of ERP Financial modules according to business processes and requirements.

• Work closely with Business Users, Technical Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are properly addressed.

• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process documentation.

• Support system testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation and issue tracking.

• Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams when further technical investigation is required.

• Provide user support and assistance related to ERP Financial module functionality and business processes.

• Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and other activities required during ERP implementation or enhancement projects.

• Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates regarding assigned tasks and functional activities.

• Support the preparation of user guides, training materials, and knowledge transfer for ERP Financial users.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, ERP Consultant, Business Analyst, or related role, preferably within the IT/ERP industry.

• Basic understanding of financial and accounting business processes, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and/or Fixed Assets.

• Experience or familiarity with ERP Financial modules, such as Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.

• Understanding of business process analysis and requirement gathering.

• Basic understanding of ERP configuration and functional specifications.

• Familiarity with system testing, UAT, issue tracking, and troubleshooting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both business users and technical teams.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is a plus.

• Experience or educational background in Accounting/Finance is a strong advantage.
