Job summary

Qode is seeking a Mid-Level Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to join our Jakarta team. You will work with clients to understand processes, design functional solutions, and support end-to-end implementation from discovery through post-go-live support.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required. The role involves leading workshops, documenting requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions for Indonesian clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (GPA > 3.0 preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in IT consulting, software or system implementation projects
• Proven delivery of multiple end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirement analysis

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, discussions, and workshops with clients
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Prepare functional specifications, business process flows, and other project documentation
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure the solution meets client requirements
• Support system configuration and implementation activities
• Assist clients in testing and resolving functional issues
• Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live
• Manage communication and coordination between clients and internal project teams
• Provide regular project updates and communicate issues or risks to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system solutions
