UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We seek a D365 Finance Consultant with strong implementation experience and a hybrid work setup.

You will participate in all project phases, conduct client workshops, configure modules, perform testing, and support go-lives. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years in D365 Finance Operations (and AX2012R3), knowledge of GL/AP/AR, English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 3+ years of implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, Financial Reporting.
• Conversational English language skills.
• Must hold Microsoft Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of D365 project lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and document them.
• Write design documents for customizations and reports.
• Configure D365 modules including GL, AP, AR, Bank, Fixed Assets and more.
• Map data and perform data import into D365, and map fields with integrations.
• Perform functional, integration, and automated testing; train clients.
• Provide pre- and post-go-live support; write blog articles.

We are seeking D365 Finance Consultant who has significant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP. The job will be working on a hybrid set-up.

Job Description

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance ERP (“D365”) project life cycle including analysis, design, build, test, train, cutover, operations, and support.
• Conduct client workshops to define business requirements required for them to successfully implement the ERP solution. Capture these requirements in Business Scenario Documents/Functional Requirements Documents / User Stories per the requirements of the project.
• Writing design documents for any customizations and reports for D365. Ensure the design documents capture boundary conditions and include comprehensive test scenarios.
• Configure D365 for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Fixed Assets, Tax, Bank Management, Project Accounting and Financial Reporting.
• Data mapping and import data into D365 using data entities.
• Do field mapping between D365 and other integrating systems.
• Perform testing including functional testing, integration testing and automated testing using the Regression suite automation test tool.
• Conduct training for D365 and associated systems to clients.
• Provide pre-go live and post go live support to clients.
• Write 1-2 D365 functional blogs articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Bank, Financial Reporting
• Conversational skills in English language
• Must have Microsoft Certifications.
