Job summary

Ruangguru.com is seeking dedicated educators to join MT Akademia, delivering coaching, training, and classroom instruction under the Academic Team. You will contribute to student paths through consultations with Student Advisors and run Homework Clinics to address learning gaps.

Additionally, you will participate in CBC sessions, teach in classrooms, and develop teaching materials to support curriculum implementation and student success.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions with MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consultations for students and parents with Student Advisors to outline academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with engaging instruction.
• Meet minimum session requirements including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain relationships with BAC staff and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Job description

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
