Zusammenfassung

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to join MT Akademia as coaching partners and classroom mentors in Indonesia. You will deliver engaging lessons, mentor teachers under guidance from the Academic Team, and drive student progress through targeted sessions.

You will collaborate with Student Advisors to craft pathways for students, run Klinik PR, and participate in CBC and regional knowledge sharing to elevate teaching quality across the program.

Qualifikationen

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and blended learning.

Aufgaben

• Provide coaching and training for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct student/parent consultations with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Run Homework Clinics to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction.
• Meet minimum session targets including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.
