Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for students and maintain engagement for renewals.
• Conduct Homework Clinics to assist students and provide solutions to academic issues.
• Participate in CBC sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
