Ruangguru seeks dedicated educators in Indonesia to coach and train students, supporting MT Akademia under the Academic Team’s guidance. You will conduct student and parent consultations with Student Advisors to map pathways and renewals, run Klinik PR sessions for problem solving, and participate in CBC sessions with regional teams to share best practices.

You will teach in classrooms with high-quality instruction, model professional behavior, and meet a baseline of CBC and classroom sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) to provide pathways for students to achieve academic goals and maintain strong engagement with students and parents.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students with addressing academic issues and providing solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences as a model for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning.
